Yvonne has been heavily involved in the Crossfit community since 2006. In recent years she has been training and competing in the sport of powerlifting. In April 2015, she placed 3rd in her age and weight category at CPU Nationals.
Most recently, she immersed herself into the world of biathlon. A completely different focus from powerlifting, this sport includes skiing and shooting and requires endurance, mental focus, and accuracy even while fatigued.
